Some users have reported a “Connectivity Issue” error when attempting to charge. Chargers are functioning normally and the error appears to be phone related.

If you are using your phone’s internet browser, to resolve this issue, please clear your browser cache. If you are using the iOS or Android app, please uninstall and reinstall the app.

This issue may only impact individuals whom were charging this morning.
